During his third term as FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter
intends to finalise his programme that he launched in 1998 and
build a platform for the next 100 years of FIFA by stressing his
vision based on the following core values:

1. 2003 - 2006 Successful 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany™ as a true global and social event
- 20 additional FIFA events including women's football in six confederations
- First FIFA competition on artificial turf
- Future assured until 2014 on the strength of contracts already signed with commercial partners four years ahead of the next FIFA World Cup in 2010
2. 2007 - 2010 Maximum support for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa
- Attractive competitions at all levels
- Further enhancement and development of women's football
- Development of refereeing to ensure maximum professionalism in this key area
- Focus on maintaining and further optimising FIFA's economic success

1.2003 - 2006 Financial Assistance Programme (USD 530 million since 1999)
- Goal Programme with 294 projects in 187 countries (CHF 200 million since 1999)
- Tighter doping regulations
- Strengthened FIFA finances (equity of CHF 752 million) with maximum transparency and control (IFRS, Internal Audit Committee, internal control system)
- Construction of new Home of FIFA
2.2007 - 2010 New 'Football for a Better World' alliance to promote projects in developing countries including 'Win in Africa with Africa' and other worldwide projects (USD 120 million)
- Enhanced Goal Programme

- Further extension of FIFA's equity basis to ensure FIFA's independence and autonomy

2.2007 - 2010 Extended fight to defend the values of our game
